I've had 2 bits of downtime, one planned which they forewarned me about then postponed and in the end was about half an bour in the middle of the night. The other was about ten minutes one sunday and they sent me an email. I like the flexibility of being able to start up new sites on a whim and not have to pay extra, like the control panel (cpanel) and like using fantastico to install. One thing I would rather was automatic is backups - thats an optional extra, so I backup locally. One thing I haven't got round to doing through super green hosting is sort out my email to go through them, that's just me concentrating on other things though. All in all reliable and great price so no complaints so far.
