nativespace Hosting Review
nativespace (http://www.nativespace.co.uk/) is a UK hosting provider with HQ in West Yorkshire that offers 24 / 7 support and an advanced data centre in London.
Every web hosting package from nativespace comes with the widely used cPanel control panel and features fantastico deluxe to enable a one click install of wordpress (no FTP or zip files to worry about). One more nice feature is the continuous backups which mean that you will be able to restore your site should something go wrong.
Packages range from “Premier” which lets you host 1 domain to “multi 50″ which lets you host 50 domains and unlimited MySQL databases. There’s also reseller accounts and dedicated servers for more professional users.
To top it off nativespace offers carbon neutral hosting as standard.
This was my first hosting company, they nearly put me off building another website for life. Awful service, I strongly recommend trying another provider on this site!
I am still awaiting a reply from their support team now!
I have a few hosting accounts as I don’t want all my eggs in one basket. I think this gives me a good overview of what’s hot and what’s not in the hosting world.
Most of my hosting accounts are “reseller” accounts, as I like the convenience of having each site on it’s own cPanel login (e.g. if you want to sell a site). My nativespace account is not a reseller and that’s the only downside of this hosting. The uptime is good, and the service has been fine the few times I have had to contact them (e.g. when I got my ip blocked by putting in the wrong password a few times). The summary of my nativespace review is – not the cheapest but very reliable and good quality.
