    great till it goes wrong, they did not auto renew my address because the card i used originally expired, ok my fault, did not think to look at the date 18 months on no website, email addresses failed about 2 months before website expired, contacted customer support, they were quite rude really, move your domain name immediately i was told and pay us in the mean time, so will not re-host with them and will not pay them either, will just register a new domain, so beware
