that’s the problem when every company claims they are the world leader. there are millions of providers around the world this one is just one of them based in USA. that’s all it is. average costumer service, hosting functions and needs are minimal, they are selling a standard package for tiny personal sites, if you own a massive website which eats up your CPU cycles and bandwidth usage not to mention if your on shared hosting your basically screwed as soon as you overload your CPU resources.

my best advice is stay away from shared hosting that’s all there is to it.
